Nearly every house on our route is a 1990s or 2000s HOA subdivision — Lansbrook, Boot Ranch, Ridgemoor, East Lake Woodlands. Similar plans, similar linen counts, so we stock for them. Beds get hotel-folded, consumables restocked, and anything cracked or stained gets photographed with a timestamp before we lock up.
