Small houses, a lot of stuff in them. That's the job here. The rentals off Main are mostly old frame cottages and 1950s bungalows on the numbered avenues, owner-decorated down to the last thrifted lamp, so a turnover is less about square footage and more about putting forty small things back exactly where the listing photos say they go. We shoot a reference set on the first clean and work from it after that.
Third Friday is the one date we plan around. Main Street closes, curbside parking disappears, and a 3pm checkout crew with linen bins isn't getting near the door. We move those turnovers earlier in the day. Guests who booked to walk to the Resort & Spa or wander over to Philippe Park usually arrive late anyway, and half of them stop to photograph the bowling ball house on 3rd Street South first.
