Off Indian Rocks Road, a block or two either side of West Bay Drive, it's block ranches from the sixties — single story, carport, a driveway pad barely wide enough for one car and a cleaning cart. No stairs to haul linens up, which we like. Tight parking, which we plan around by staging the van and walking the last bit.
The rhythm here isn't the Saturday beach flip. Inland Largo runs on mid-term furnished stays and travel-nurse contracts near Largo Medical Center, plus the 55-plus parks — Ranchero Village, Fairway Village, Palm Hill — that book by the month, not the night. So a turnover is a full reset: strip and swap linens, restock consumables, wipe down a kitchen that actually got cooked in for six weeks, and photograph anything chipped or stained before the next guest owns it. Ulmerton keeps us honest on timing; we're rarely more than twenty minutes out.
How turnovers work in Largo's monthly and medical-stay rentals
Can you handle a checkout and check-in on the same day?
Yes. Same-day turns are standard for us, and we sync to your Airbnb, VRBO or direct calendar so the clean lands in the gap without you texting us dates. If a guest leaves late, tell us and we'll shift the crew rather than rush it.
My unit is a monthly rental in a 55-plus park, not a nightly listing. Do you still take it?
We do. Month-long stays need heavier resets — oven, fridge, baseboards, full linen swap — so we run a deeper checklist and send the photo report either way, in case you need it for a claim.
